Ok guys here’s a real easy one. Boneless chicken tenderloins rubbed with dizzy pig jerk rub. I like to rub the chicken the night before grilling it. After grilling at 350 degrees for couple minutes I slice the chicken throw the chicken and some four cheese mexican blend on tortilla’s then I grill on both sides and boom slamming wood fired jerk chicken quesadilla’s.
